Summary: 

Currently Redpanda BYOC and Dedicated Cloud allow two options for maintenance windows, Anytime and Scheduled. 

Currently Anytime schedules have been limited to any time on Tuesday rather than any time on any day of the week.

Moving forward, after March 18th, 2025, Anytime will refer to any time of day, on any day of the week.  If you would like a specific maintenance window please change your maintenance window to Scheduled.

No changes will be made to how Scheduled maintenance windows work, and if you already have a Scheduled maintenance window no changes will be needed. More information can be found in our docs: https://docs.redpanda.com/redpanda-cloud/get-started/cloud-overview/#maintenance-windows

Action required: 

If you desire a specific maintenance window, or want to keep the current Tuesday schedule, you will need to select a maintenance window in the Redpanda Cloud UI under "Cluster settings" > Maintenance Window.
