Redpanda Cloud v1 End of Life

End of Life Notice

As a notice to customers, Redpanda Cloud v1 will be reaching End of Life on 31st March 2024.

Impact

Past this date, the legacy Redpanda Cloud console will be shut down, Redpanda’s legacy monitoring service will be disconnected and all command and control operations will be discontinued.

Any remaining Cloud v1 BYOC clusters will continue to run, however any maintenance or monitoring will need to be undertaken by the customer themselves. Redpanda support will not be able to assist in any way.

At this time, all Cloud v1 Dedicated/Fully-Managed clusters have already been shutdown. 

Next Steps

BYOC customers should transition their workloads onto Redpanda Cloud (v2) at https://cloud.redpanda.com.
