Self-Host Redpanda Enterprise Console features not available once Enterprise license has been applied

 

Issue

Redpanda Console offers several additional features when using an enterprise license including the ability to reassign partitions within the interface. However, when self-hosting Console, after applying your Enterprise license, you may notice that some of the enterprise features are  still not available. 

 

Resolution

When self-hosting Redpanda Console, you must make sure you setup an Authentication method in order to have access to the enterprise features section.
